Who we are. KORTE LOGIC LLC ("Korte Logic", "we"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, operates this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. Registered office: c/o Northwest Registered Agent Service Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
What we collect. When you contact us through the contact form or by email, we collect your name, email address and message. When you visit the site, we also see technical visit data: your IP address, approximate location, and how long you stay on the site.
Why we use it. We use inquiry data only to respond to you and, where relevant, to prepare or carry out a contract with you. We use visit data to keep the site secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and operating the site, or steps you request before entering into a contract.
Sharing. We don't sell your data. This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which processes visit data on our behalf. Purchases of Blueprints are handled by Gumroad under its own privacy policy. The website also loads images from Unsplash, which means your IP address is transmitted to Unsplash when you visit the page. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries outside the EU/EEA.
Retention. Visit data (IP address, approximate location, visit duration) is kept for a maximum of 24 hours and then deleted. Inquiries are kept for up to 12 months, unless they lead to a client relationship, in which case we keep the data as long as the relationship and legal obligations require.
Your rights. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email us to exercise these rights.
Cookies. This site does not use tracking or analytics cookies.
Changes. We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
